Return Policy

A) Wrong product - Right of Return. If the product is different (wrong product from the one you ordered), you can return it within fourteen (14) working days from the date of purchase without any shipping charges for you. The return of the product, in this case, can be done only when the product is in its original condition (not used and in excellent, complete and without any wear and tear) and with its complete original packaging. In this case of product return, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in excellent condition all the accompanying documents such as (eg Retail, Invoice, gifts, etc.).

B) If through the fault of 69Shop.gr, products of poor quality were sold (eg they were destroyed during transport, with bad packaging, etc.). In this case, the customer must not accept the receipt of the product and contact us as soon as possible. In case the customer agrees to receive the product, the company 69Shop.gr will not accept the return and therefore will not make any replacement or change or refund.

C) Returns of products at the customer's expense. The customer reserves the right to return the products he bought, free of charge and without any obligation to announce the reason for which he wishes to return the products. The return must be made within ten (14) working days from the date of purchase. In this case, the customer is charged with the direct cost of returning the products.
